Prohibited Activities

You may not use CBay to:

– Sell counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized goods

– Sell restricted items (e.g. drugs, firearms, adult content, or items violating Nigerian law)

– Post misleading or deceptive product information

– Engage in scams, phishing, or fraud

– Upload malware or harmful code

– Abuse the rating, review, or feedback systems

– Harass, abuse, or impersonate others

– Circumvent payment or fulfillment systems of CBay

– Promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination of any kind

– Use automated bots or scripts to manipulate transactions

Restricted Goods (require pre-approval)

– Herbal remedies or supplements

– Second-hand electronics

– Financial or investment services

– Food or beverage items (perishable or regulated)

Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:CBay Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

– Warning or temporary suspension

– Permanent removal of product listings

– Termination of account

– Legal reporting (where applicable)
